I've spent  over 45 years working in the area of quality and food safety. Plant experience includes:

2. Frozen Pizza, Mexican Food, Convenience Foods
3. Ice Cream and Ice Cream Novelties
4. Juice Concentrates
5. Fluid Milk

I've also spent countless hours in perhaps 1,000 food, beverage and dairy operations working to improve sanitation and reduce exposure to  contaminants
